Join Pilgrim Bread’s owner and head baker Tylor Alexander in a class on naturally leavened bread using fresh milled flour. In this workshop we will explore fermentation, mix flour with water, fold, and shape dough that you will take home and bake the next day. T’ai Chi is best described as a “moving meditation exercise” and is thought to improve circulation, balance, posture, strength and flexibility as well as relieving the stress of daily life. This slow-moving, gentle exercise program appropriate for every body type, age or physical condition is in partnership with the Tidewater T’ai Chi Center. Students should come with comfortable clothes, shoes and an open heart and mind.
Must have taken Beginner T’ai Chi and must speak with instructor before moving onto the Intermediate class.
