DESCRIPTION:Join NBG Youth Educators to complete fun and educational guided and self-guided activities to celebrate the end of the school year! Each child participant will be provided an activity kit with all needed materials to complete the activities. Recommended for children ages 5+ with significant chaperone participation. Moderate walking required. Homeschool is rain or shine .  \n Participants must pre-register tickets for their check-in time. Walk-Up ticket purchases will not be available. The first guided activities will begin at 10:30AM\, with the last guided activities will begin at 2:30PM. Norfolk Botanical Garden is open until 7PM. The WOW Children’s Garden is open until 6:30PM. Price for NBG Members:  $10/child for ages 3-17*\, Free for NBG Member adults. *Children 2 and under do not require a ticket; however\, if they wish to receive the program materials\, a ticket must be purchased.   \n Price for Not-yet Members: $18/child for ages 3-17* and $16/adult. Children ages 3-17 and all adults require a purchased ticket. *Children 2 and under do not require a ticket; however\, if they wish to receive the program materials\, a ticket must be purchased. Not-yet-member rates include Garden admission.\n NBG members and not-yet-members are required to register at least one child ticket in order to participate in Homeschool Day discounts. DESCRIPTION:Join us for our October Homeschool Science Series! In this class\, learn about the nocturnal animals who call the Garden home. Recommended for children ages 6-11 with caregiver participation. All attending adults and children are required to have a registered ticket.\n UPDATED PROGRAM REGISTRATION INFORMATION: \n All participating children must have a paid\, pre-registered ticket to attend the program. \n All attending adults must have a registered ticket\, including all free Member adult tickets. \n Classes will take place outdoors. Notification will be sent to participants of any/all location changes. \n All tickets must be pre-registered. Walk-up tickets the day of the class or program will not be available. \n Price for NBG Members: $10/child (adult members may attend for free with a registered child). All participants ages 3+ must register. \n Price for Not-yet Members: $18/Child and $16/Adult (tickets for class must be purchased for both children and adults and includes daytime admission to NBG). All participants ages 3+ must register.
